Good 'ol Rupie Murdoch is at it again. "Yea We Hacked Your Phone, Deal With It...Oh Someone Died? Boo, freaking, Hoo" Seems Mr. M, owner of "News Corp", (which right there says to me that there are some major things wrong with our world, a corporation that in its name basically says...."yea we own the news?...WTF?) has admitted that they did in fact, tap phones or as they called it "hacked". The company has paid out the arse in fines and still... they roll along like it all isn't a big deal at all. If that was regular people like us? Auto jailtime, step, relax, eat your meals, it's over johnny, stick a fork in it, you are done. Of course that's all good for our for profit prison system, (oh what you didn't hear about that...oh you will rabbit, you will.) but sorta spells out where the power is in this world...in the hands of a few megalomaniacs. I also have to wonder...at what point do these fossils move aside and let a new generation steer the ship. Seems right now, this humanity thing is on a collision course with a big icy white fragment of fresh water in the Atlantic.
But hey, who cares as long as short term profits are up and CEO's of major multinationals make 300 times more than the average dude or dudette working for them, even though, realistically, they are no geniuses themselves.
