10 years ago, I was freshly divorced and suddenly found myself going back to the thing I grew up loving, BMX. At that time one of my old buds, George Hoernig was launching a BMX shoe brand called Inopia. I had contacted George over the winter and he invited me out to Point Pleasant for the Beachtown Hoedown that year. What you see here is Jon Demers stomping a back flip to bring home the cheddar, with the picture taken by moi. One of my early forays into BMX photography as a…well, photographer instead of a rider. Word has it that Inopia is soon to make an appearance once again. For now though…thrill with us now to the sights of yesteryear and the days of BMX gone by!!
