Ok, this isn’t BMX but it is precursor to it… Yes, those are GI Joes, the Adventure Team version. They were big for us kids in the 70’s and were based on the idea of exploration and taking care of business! The idea of war was not popular by the mid 70’s with ‘Nam raging so Hasbro rebranded Joe to a different form. Noticeable in this photo is the living room coffee table that now sits in our home in Barnegat. Also noticeable is how small that “big screen” TV is. Ah the 1970’s, you all love the pants right?
