Back near the end of the golden age of BMX, one of its main publications, BMX Action and Freestylin’ merged into one called, Go The Riders Manual. Near the end after reading about all the things I loved as a kid…
when I was almost 23 my ramp park, the Ramp-Ateria was showcased in the front of the magazine. An accomplishment that the 13 year old me would have been astounded at. Me, some unknown kid in NJ in the worlds largest BMX magazine.
I made it.
and Go ceased publication a few issues after that.
If you can’t handle loss, you’ll never know love.
