You all know how BMX has it’s own Hall of Fame but BMX is also recognized by the US Bicycling Hall of Fame as well.
The photo below shows myself (announcing) and Eric Fleming doing a show in front of their induction ceremony circa 1991-92. Bob Warnicke was working on getting them to admit BMX racers to the HoF. We were there to convince them BMX was not just “little kids on bikes”.
In the end…as usual. We won.
